1. What are your opening times?
Monday to Friday our hours of business are generally 9am until 6pm, however we can be available for evening appointments, but please enquire first. We will accept phone calls until 9pm. On Saturdays our business hours are flexible, but again please ring in advance if you wish to call on us.                    We are not open for business on Sundays!
2. How do I order from you?
This can be done in person, over the phone or by email. Our full contact details are on a separate page on this website. You cannot order via this website.
3. How do I pay?
Payment can be by cash, cheque, PayPal (please note that we charge a fee for accepting payment by this method) or by BACS by prior arrangement. We currently do not accept payment by credit cards.

4. Do you require a deposit for artwork and/or printing ordered?
Yes we do! The amount required is normally 50%, but this can vary.
5. How long will my job take to produce?
Normally most jobs will take between 5-15 working days, but it will often depend on the complexity of your job together with how busy we are at the time you order. We would be able to give you a better idea at the time of ordering.
6. How do I know what I will be getting?
We will always do our best to supply you with a quality product! If we are producing the artwork, we will show you (or email) black and white or coloured artwork proofs for you to check for accuracy. In addition we will discuss with you the stock (paper, card, board) which is suitable for your print job and the foils/ink colours to use. Printed proofs will incure an extra charge of £10. 
7. How do I re-order?
You can re-order simply by phoning in or emailing us with your requirements. We keep all artwork we produce and the foiling blocks (dies) indefinitely. But please be aware that any artwork changes will require new blocks to be produced and therefore additional cost.
8. Do you deliver?
Yes, within the Plymouth city area, FREE OF CHARGE! We will deliver to areas outside of Plymouth (within reason!) but an appropriate charge may be made. Otherwise we use the postal service or couriers to dispatch work around the country. 

9. Is it possible to include a picture in the printing?
Yes we can, but for foil printing not all images are suitable for foil printing.  Images for foil printing need to be either solid b/w or outlines, or a mixture of both. We cannot use images that have half tones, shading , grey scale, pixalated or of poor quality. See our guide on our Artwork page.
For any digital work of course, there is no problem reproducing images whether from disk or file, eg, JPEG, PNG or ideally PDF, via email.
9. Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes you can, preferably saved as a PDF file, supplied on a disk or emailed directly to us. We will assume that if you are doing this the artwork will be 'camera ready', ie ready for us to use for your print job. Please be aware that if there is any work we feel needs to be done on the artwork for it to be used for printing,   if you require us to do it, that would be chargeable!
10. Can you produce long print runs?
Yes we can, within reason! In my experience foil printing runs only go up to 2,000 at most (commercial work excluded), but we have produced runs of up to 20,000 successfully!
